In this position, you will be the hub of our organization on those days when you are the administrator, sometimes working with a fellow administrator where you divide tasks between you. You will ensure that our guests experience a fantastic stay, whether that be a meeting, water sports activities or an overnight stay. All guest communication is through you, although much of it is automated. You will ensure that all the necessary items are in place, that the cleaning is in order and that our partners are managed in such a way that things run smoothly operationally. Minor maintenance and repairs are performed by you or commissioned by our partners. As a manager/harbormaster, you will ensure that our regular moorers feel at home and our passersby feel welcome.
